This website is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children
(being a person under the age of 13 for the purpose of this privacy policy).

2. THE DATA WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU
Personal data, or personal information, means any information about an individual from which that
person can be identified. It does not include data where the identity has been removed (anonymous

grouped together as follows (please note that depending on your arrangement with us, we may collect
some or all of these different kinds of personal data about you):

limited circumstances receive payment card details from you, we do not store payment card details
after payment has been made by you and received by us.

- Technical Data includes internet protocol (IP) address, your login data, browser type and version, time
zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform and other
technology on the devices you use to access this website.

- Usage Data includes information about how you use our website, products and services.
- Marketing and Communications Data includes your preferences in receiving marketing from us and

We also collect, use, and share Aggregated Data or Pseudonymised Data such as statistical or
demographic data for any purpose. Aggregated Data or Pseudonymised Data may be derived from
your personal data but is not considered personal data in law as this data does not directly or indirectly
reveal your identity. For example, we may aggregate your Usage Data to calculate the percentage of
users accessing a specific website feature. However, if we combine or connect Aggregated Data or
Pseudonymised Data with your personal data so that it can directly or indirectly identify you, we will
treat the combined data as personal data which will only be used in accordance with this privacy policy.
If you require disabled or assisted access to any stadium or have special dietary requirements, you may
provide, and we may collect and store Special Categories of Personal Data in the form of any
disabilities or health conditions you may have. Apart from this we do not collect any other Special
Categories of Personal Data about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or
philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership,
information about your health and genetic and biometric data). Nor do we collect any information about
criminal convictions and offences.
If you fail to provide personal data
Where we need to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you and
you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract we have or
are trying to enter into with you (for example, we may need a delivery address to provide you with
goods). In this case, we may have to terminate our contract with you, but we will notify you if this is the
case at the time.
3. HOW IS YOUR PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED?
We use different methods to collect data from and about you, including through:

corresponding with us by post, phone, e-mail, support by live chat or otherwise. This includes personal

- Support by live chat. If you chat with us on our live chat service, you will be sharing your e-mail
address with us for the purposes of sending you a transcript as well as identifying yourself to our
support team. This is necessary to provide our service to you. In addition to this information, our live
chat system will place a cookie in your browser which will persist until you quit your browser. We may
also use records of live chats for staff training, to make sure we can offer you the best possible service.
Retention: We retain transcripts of all live chats (including name & contact details of the website visitor)
for the purpose of providing service to you.

become inaccessible or not function properly.
Change of purpose

5. DISCLOSURES OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We may have to share your personal data with the parties set out below for the purposes set out in the
table in paragraph 4 above.
- Internal Third Parties. Other companies in the MATCH Hospitality USA group of companies or affiliated
companies who provide IT and system administration services and travel and entertainment products
and services.
- External Third Parties. Including the following:
- Event or tournament organisers (including but not limited to FIFA).
- MATCH Hospitality AG, the provider of In-stadium hospitality products and services.
- Event or tournament organisers (including but not limited to FIFA).
- Travel and entertainment providers such as airlines, hoteliers, transportation companies, car rentals,
restaurants, clubs, concierges, security providers to provide the product or service you have requested.
- Professional advisers or investigators acting as processors or joint controllers including lawyers,
bankers, auditors and insurers who provide consultancy, banking, legal, insurance and accounting
services.
- Service providers acting as processors who provide payment, IT and system administration services,
with whom we need to share your information in order to obtain payment from you or to provide the
product or service you have requested.
- Law enforcement agencies or local authorities, or security services for the purposes of event security
and safety.
- Relevant tax authorities, regulators and other authorities acting as processors or joint controllers who
require reporting of processing activities in certain circumstances.
- Media buying and web agencies including organisations managing or purchasing paid search
keywords or display advertising.
- Companies delivering goods or services to you (in cases where we act as an authorised reseller, sales
agent, or travel agency).
- We may share your details with companies who provide us with communication services such as a live
chat or e-mail providers.
- Third parties to whom we may choose to sell, transfer, or merge parts of our business or our assets.
Alternatively, we may seek to acquire other businesses or merge with them. If a change happens to our
business, then the new owners may use your personal data in the same way as set out in this privacy

We require all third parties to respect the security of your personal data and to treat it in accordance
with the law. We do not allow our third-party service providers to use your personal data for their own
purposes and only permit them to process your personal data for specified purposes and in
accordance with our instructions.
6. CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS
Your California Privacy Rights California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to
request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their
direct marketing purposes..

may be able to collect information about a user’s online activities over time and across different

7. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children under the age of 13. If
we are made aware we have collected personal information from a child under 13 years old in a manner
that is inconsistent with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, we will delete this information as
soon as possible.
8. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
We share your personal data within the MATCH Hospitality group.
Your personal data information may be processed in the United States and in Switzerland and may also
be stored and used elsewhere depending on the location of the MATCH Hospitality group company or
service provider who is permitted to access such information under these rules (and such locations
may include countries which may not afford the same level of protection of such data as the country
from which you provided the information).
Some of our external third parties are based outside the European Economic Area (EEA) so their
processing of your personal data will involve a transfer of data outside the EEA.
Whenever we transfer your personal data out of the United States or the EEA, we ensure a similar
degree of protection is afforded to it by seeking to implement at least one of the following safeguards:
- We will only transfer your personal data to countries that have been deemed to provide an adequate
level of protection for personal data by the European Commission. For further details, see European

- Where we use certain service providers, we may use specific contracts approved by the European

9. DATA SECURITY
We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being
accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered, or disclosed. In addition, we limit
access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have
a business need to know. They will only process your personal data on our instructions and they are
subject to a duty of confidentiality. However, the Internet is an open system and we cannot guarantee
that unauthorised third parties will never be able to defeat those measures or use your personal
information for improper purposes.
We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you
and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so.
If you communicate with us by e-mail, you should note that the secrecy of Internet e-mail is uncertain.
By sending sensitive or confidential e-mail messages or information which are not encrypted you
accept the risk of such uncertainty and possible lack of confidentiality over the Internet.
10. DATA RETENTION
How long will you use my personal data for?
We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for,
including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements and/or, where
you have provided your consent, future marketing, and other related communications with you.
To determine the appropriate retention period for personal data, we consider the amount, nature, and
sensitivity of the personal data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorised use or disclosure of
your personal data, the purposes for which we process your personal data and whether we can
achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal requirements.
By law we have to keep basic information about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial
and Transaction Data) for up to six years after they cease being customers for tax purposes.
In some circumstances you can ask us to delete your data (please see Request erasure below for
further information).
In some circumstances we may anonymise your personal data (so that it can no longer be associated
with you) for research or statistical purposes in which case we may use this information indefinitely
without further notice to you.
11. YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS
Under certain circumstances, you have rights under data protection laws in relation to your personal
data. You have the right to:
- Access my Data. This enables you to receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you and to
check that we are lawfully processing it.
- Request correction of the personal data that we hold about you. This enables you to have any
incomplete or inaccurate data we hold about you corrected (though we may need to verify the
accuracy of the new data you provide to us). If we provide you with an account, you may review,
correct, update or change your personal information at any time by accessing your account on

- Delete My data. This enables you to ask us to delete or remove personal data where there is no good
reason for us continuing to process it. You also have the right to ask us to delete or remove your
personal data where you have successfully exercised your right to object to processing (see below),

personal data to comply with local law. Note, however, that we may not always be able to comply with
your request of erasure for specific legal reasons which will be notified to you, if applicable, at the time
of your request.
- Withdraw consent at any time where we are relying on consent to process your personal data.
However, this will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before you withdraw your
consent. If you withdraw your consent, we may not be able to provide certain products or services to
you or fulfil our contractual obligations. We will advise you if this is the case at the time you withdraw
your consent.

No fee usually required
You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal data (or to exercise any of the other rights).
However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive.
What we may need from you
We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your
right to access your personal data (or to exercise any of your other rights). This is a security measure to
ensure that personal data is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it. We may also
contact you to ask you for further information in relation to your request to speed up our response.
Time limit to respond
We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it may take us longer than a
month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. In this case, we
will notify you and keep you updated.
